The following subscription services are available:

SkyWise

SkyWise replaces our previous Information Notice service and keeps you up to date with information that isn't safety critical.

Access all alerts through the SkyWise website, or have personalised alerts sent to you through email subscriptions or to your phone or tablet using the SkyWise app.

Subscription categories ranging from airside safety to private pilot training allow you to see only the information that matters to you.

Our news alerts are kept short and to the point, providing a top level overview with a link to more information if you want it.

Safety critical information and Official Record Series documents

You can subscribe for safety critical updates (including Safety Directives, Safety Notices and Airworthiness Directives) by following the steps below.

You can also use this service to receive updates about new or changed Official Record Series documents such as the Scheme of Charges.

Re-validation of your subscription

On an annual basis you will automatically be invited to re-validate your account.

You will be sent an email from websitenotification@caa.co.uk showing "CAA Subscription Service (Subscription Re-validation)" in the subject field. To continue to receive email notification you simply need to click onto the link included in the body of the email, that is all, you do not have to supply any personal details.

We introduced this measure to reduce the number of failed emails that are returned to CAA when an email notification is sent out. In addition, this will also allow our website users to confirm their areas of interest on a regular basis.

Further assistance

I haven't received an update in a while. What has happened?

When we send out the subscription emails we receive a number of "failed to deliver" messages. These are mostly due to changes at the destination. If you believe that you are missing any messages please check your account details.

We also receive a number of returned emails which have been rejected by Spam filters, if you have installed such software on your PC please check to see that you are allowing our emails through.

We monitor the number of failures we receive and if it is obvious that the failure is terminal we delete the accounts.

How do I change my details or cancel?

You need to log on to the Subscriptions service as an existing user and amend your details.

If you have forgotten your password and you no longer have access to your old email address to receive a reminder then simply re-register using your new details.

If a colleague now needs to receive details instead of you then please delete your subscription and invite your colleague to subscribe for notifications.

The CAA web site administrators are not able to change your details.
